Beer Shank Assembly Standard.
A beer shank is a stainless steel tube that pours beer from the keg to the draft faucet. It connects the beer line and the tower to allow for a solid flow of beer. The shank can vary slightly depending on the type of draft beer tower you plan on using Standard beer faucet shank for dependable draught beer dispensing. A beer shank joins the beer lines and faucet in the draught system.
The tap shank is 4-1/8″ long and has a 3/16″ Bore ID and is made of stainless steel 304. Standard shanks lack a barb end, thus beer lines must be fastened in place.
