Quick Start Guide:

• Mount the Tower: Securely attach the tower to your refrigerator, mini-fridge, or keezer. You’ll need to drill a hole to feed the beverage line from the tower into the refrigerated area.
• Clean Your Equipment: Ensure your keg and draft system are clean. We recommend using the 1-2 Cold Brew Cleaning & Sanitizing Kit for optimal results.
• Fill the Keg: Once cleaned, fill your keg with cold brew coffee and seal it with the Quick Cascade Keg Lid.
• Connect the Draft Line: Attach the draft line to the keg’s liquid outpost using the ball lock connection. Confirm that the tower faucet is in the off position.
• Set Up the Nitrogen Tank: Connect the regulator to the nitrogen tank (make sure your nitrogen tank is filled). Slowly open the nitrogen tank valve to provide pressure to the regulator.
• Attach the Gas Line: Connect the gas line to the Quick Cascade Lid on the keg.
• Adjust the Pressure: Open the shut-off valve on the regulator. Gradually increase the pressure to the keg by turning the screw clockwise. You can decrease the pressure by turning counterclockwise.
• Nitrogenate the Coffee: Once the pressure reaches the 35-45 psi range, allow the keg to rest for 15-30 minutes to nitrogenate your coffee.
• Enjoy Your Nitro Coffee: Pour and savor the smooth, creamy texture of your nitro cold brew!
