Below, we provide a quick step-by-step guide to get you pouring delicious nitro coffee in no time.

Quick Start Guide:

• Mount Your Tower: Secure the tower to your refrigerator, mini-fridge, or keezer. A small hole may need to be drilled to feed the beverage line into the refrigerated space.
• Clean the System: Use the Cold Brew Cleaning & Sanitizing Kit to ensure all equipment is hygienic and ready for use.
• Fill Your Keg: Once cleaned, pour in your cold brew and seal the keg with the Quick Cascade Keg Lid.
• Connect the Draft Line: Connect the draft line to the keg’s liquid outpost with the ball lock connection. Make sure the tower faucet remains closed.
• Attach the Nitrogen Regulator: Connect the regulator to a filled nitrogen tank and slowly open the tank valve to provide pressure.
• Connect Gas Line: Attach the gas line to the Quick Cascade Lid on the keg.
• Adjust Pressure: Open the regulator shut-off valve and gradually increase the pressure to the keg by turning the screw clockwise. The ideal pressure range is 35-45 psi.
• Nitrogenate: Allow the keg to rest for 15-30 minutes for optimal nitrogenation.
