You may place orders online 24 hours a day – 365 days a year! Reflecting our standard procedure, online orders are promptly processed from our center. We usually ship on the same business day. Our order system processes all payments through a secure network and servers. If your browser does not support secure server ordering systems, you can place your order toll free via E-mail during regular business hours of Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Payment Options

We accept Credit as well as Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards, or banking cards). You can also use Internet Banking (wallet and UPI). We also accept payments through PayPal.

Credit Card Declines

When placing an order with us, our ordering system places an authorization against the credit card supplied to make sure the card is valid and sufficient funds are available. If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons and we do not have access to the reason why the card was declined.

Product Availability

Krome Brew distribution center is in India. Krome Brew ensures that the orders received before 3pm IST are shipped on the same day (Mon-Fri) subject to products being in stock. Orders received after 3pm IST, are shipped the following business day. Orders post 3pm IST on Saturday and ones received Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. While we maintain a large inventory of products, it is wise to contact us for item availability if your order is especially urgent. Krome Brew reserves the right to change the prices and specifications of equipment and/or material without notice.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum Order required! You can place an order as little or as much as you like. 

Cancellations or refusal of orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us on [email protected] .Contact us for a return authorization number, describe the items being returned and the reason. All returned items must be shipped within twenty (20) days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% ( 500 INR minimum) handling and restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, unless the cause for the return is Krome Brew’s error. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. And for your protection, we recommend you insure all returned packages.  Krome Brew is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.

Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% (INR 500 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or oversize items that are shipped via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges.

E- Mail Confirmation

While Placing an order you have to fill your E-mail address along with your billing address and details. After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email address on Krome Brew. We will again intimate you regarding the order when order is shipped from our premises. This email will include the shipment tracking details and the carrier’s website link to allow you to track the progress of the shipment.
