Distributor On-line Ordering is Available on Kromebrew ! We are pleased to offer our distributors the option of placing orders on-line 24 hours a day – 365 days a year! Reflecting our standard procedure, on-line orders are promptly processed from our center and usually ship the same business day.

Product Availability

Kromebrew distribution center in India. Krome Brew ensures that the orders received before 3pm IST are shipped on the same day (Mon-Fri) subject to products being in stock. Orders received after 3pm IST, are shipped the following business day. For orders post 3pm IST on Saturday and ones received Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

How to Order

You may place orders on-line 24 hours a day – 365 days a year! Reflecting our standard procedure, on-line orders are promptly processed from our center and usually ship the same business day. Our order system processes all payments through a secure network and servers. If your browser does not support secure server ordering systems, you can place your order toll free via E-mail during regular business hours of Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Payment Options

We accept the Credit Card also accept debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards, or banking cards). You can also use Internet Banking (wallet and UPI). We also accept payments through PayPal.

Credit Card Declines

When placing an order with us, our ordering system places an authorization against the credit card supplied to make sure the card is valid and sufficient funds are available. If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons and we do not have access to the reason why the card was declined.

Product Availability

While we maintain a large inventory of products, it is wise to contact us for item availability if your order is especially urgent. Kromebrew reserves the right to change the prices and specifications of equipment and/or material without notice.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum Order required! You can place an order as little or as much as you like.

Cancellations or refusal of orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us on [email protected] .Contact us for a return authorization number, describe the items being returned and the reason. All returned items must be shipped within twenty (20) days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% ( 500 INR minimum) handling and restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, unless the cause for the return is  Krome Brew’s error. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. And for your protection, we recommend you insure all returned packages.  Krome Brew is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.

Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% (INR 500 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or oversize items that are shipped via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges.

E- Mail Confirmation

While Placing an order you have to fill your E-mail address along with your billing address and details. After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email address on kromebrew. We will again intimate you regarding the order when order is shipped from our premises. This email will include the shipment tracking details and the carrier’s website link to allow you to track the progress of the shipment.

Shipping

Shipping Costs

Charges of shipping are completely based on the packing list of products in your order. Shipping software calculates charges taking into account the Product Weight and Dimensions and your location.

Your shopping cart page shows the Estimated Shipping costs + Taxes for the products in the cart and your zip code.The exact cost is calculated by the time you reach the checkout page after filling out your complete delivery address.

Transit Times

Our orders typically take 3-4 business days to be delivered from our Punjab, India warehouse. If your order contains customized and/or out of stock products, allow for longer transit times to accommodate production and shipping from the Outlet. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that you can use to track your orders with us.

Order Tracking 

You will receive an email for shipping order confirmation. This email will include the shipment tracking details and the carrier’s website link to allow you to track the progress of the shipment. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us, and one of our knowledgeable customer service associates will be happy to help you.

Check and Report Missing Items

The onus of reporting any missing items from the package, upon delivery, is on the customer. Kindly check that all the products from your order are delivered. If one or more items are missing, get in touch with us immediately and not later than 7 days after receiving your consignment.

Krome Brew cannot be held responsible after the said 7 days post delivery of the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Custom made or clearance products cannot be returned for credit unless it is a  Krome Brew’s error.

 Refund Processing Time

Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. But processing returns, and posting refunds to credit card, can be complicated. Once returns are received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card or your bank account.
